Stephen Neil Cooper

Stephen Neil Cooper is a local New York City artist and framer in the Koreatown neighborhood. His gallery, Sybille Gallery, holds many memories of Cooper’s mother and namesake of the gallery and a museum of artifacts from adventures past.
